Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for setting up clients on TradingScreen system using various internal and external tools
  • Responsible for handling market data entitlement requests
  • Verify client documentation and ensure they are properly filed as required by exchanges and vendors
  • Communicate with the sales team and customers through phone and email to efficiently perform various tasks
  • Help the sales team and clients with completing documentation, agreements and any queries related to implementation procedure
  • Prepare monthly reports to various exchanges and market data vendors following their procedure

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Ability to understand and follow operational processes precisely
  • Attention to detail is required
  • Excellent communications and organizational skills (including ability to multiple task)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Access
  • Basic knowledge of financial markets
  • Flexibility around working hours to participate on conference calls with New York office at least once per week
