Bruce Rosenthal

Bruce Rosenthal is the General Counsel and corporate secretary of TS and has served as principal legal counsel to the company since its inception.

He has over 30 years of experience as a corporate attorney representing privately-held and publicly-traded companies, financial firms and entrepreneurs in connection with a wide range of transactions and business matters, both within the U.S. and internationally, with primary responsibility for drafting and negotiation of documentation for: corporate finance transactions, including public and private offerings of equity, debt and convertible securities, representing both issuers and investors; mergers and acquisitions, including stock and asset purchases, mergers, divestitures and strategic alliances; commercial matters, including IP licensing, business services and product distribution agreements; and general corporate and secretarial matters, including advice and presentations to boards of directors on corporate governance issues under Delaware and New York corporate law.

Prior to joining TradingScreen, Bruce was a partner in the New York office of the law firm, Nixon Peabody LLP, and began his career as an associate attorney in the New York office of the law firm, Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP.

Bruce received a Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, from Tufts University and his law degree, cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center.
