TradingScreen To Distribute Susquehanna
Trading Algorithms

TradingScreen Adds Leading International Brokerage Firm to its
Growing Broker List

NEW YORK (July 18, 2005): TradingScreen, Inc., the leading provider of multi-broker, multi-product electronic trading platforms with straight-through-processing, today announced a partnership with Susquehanna Financial Group, LLLP (SFG). Under the terms of the partnership TradingScreen will offer SFG’s algorithmic offerings through TradeSmart 2.0.

According to Jason Rockland, head of algorithmic sales at SFG, “We believe working with TradingScreen will allow much wider availability of the algorithms we have developed over the past several years.” He added that, “In addition, distributing through TradeSmart 2.0 will allow us access to TradingScreen’s global client base.”

“We believe the beneficiaries of this partnership to be not only our existing customers but also any buy-side firm looking for an electronic trading solution that provides the flexibility to access multiple leading algorithmic trading providers such as SFG as integrated into one trading platform – the TradeSmart platform,” said Philippe Buhannic, Chief Executive Officer of TradingScreen. “We welcome the opportunity to partner with Susquehanna over the long term to develop and distribute leading edge electronic trading services.”

TradeSmart is a customizable front-end GUI (Graphical User Interface) that enables buy-side clients to trade a broad portfolio of financial instruments, around the clock, on any market and with a wide range of counterparties. TradeSmart is unique in its ability to aggregate multiple dealers and multiple products onto a single screen format for electronic order routing. Its ASP (Application Service Provider) model enables very rapid deployment and activation of users into live trading and incorporates the most comprehensive and intuitive access to the proprietary algorithmic trading strategies offered by the leading global brokers. TradeSmart also makes available a number of the modules that support other order management activities such as Allocations (TradeAllocation), Positions and P&L (TradePosition).

TradingScreen is pleased to add SFG to its rapidly growing list of brokers in which asset managers, hedge funds and private bankers with more than US$1.5 trillion in assets under management can access. The partnership is a testimony to the considerable expansion the company has seen this year. Recently, TradingScreen announced the opening of their Hong Kong Office and the securing of US$12MM in financing.
