LCH.Clearnet delivers an automated and fully integrated solution from trading through clearing to settlement. The settlement instructions are processed through the major International Central Securities Depositories (ICSDs) and European national Central Securities Depositories (CSDs), and the service’s use of existing connectivity facilitate implementation and adoption by clients and enable them to clear a new asset class, using their current arrangements. 

• Galaxy™ products are integrated into LCH.Clearnet SA’s existing systems for cash markets (NYSE Euronext, Bourse de Luxembourg, and Equiduct).

• Positions are segregated on distinct Position Account and Delivery Account for the new clearing segment “Cassiopeia”

• SPAN® method for equities and bonds is used with new parameters for the calculation of the margin.

•  Clearing fund for Cash markets will include the “Cassiopeia” activity.
