Philippe Buhannic, is
a Co-Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of
TradingScreen Inc. He has over 20 years of management,
marketing and technical experience in Wall Street and
is a widely recognized authority on electronic trading,
clearing and derivatives. Prior to joining TradingScreen,
he was Managing Director at Credit Suisse First Boston
("CSFB") in the Fixed income department responsible
for Listed Derivatives, Prime Brokerage and E-Comerce.
He was the architect of many innovations in the areas
of electronic trading including the highly regarded
Prime family of e-commerce financial products (PrimeTrade,
PrimeClear, PrimeRisk, PrimeBrokerage and PrimeFund).
These products have received acclaim as the first successful
attempt to distribute globally through the Internet
the whole process of transacting electronically in a
multi-product environment and has catapulted CSFB to
the top of electronic trading across all asset classes.
Prior to joining CSFB, from 1993 to 1995 Philippe was
Chairman and CEO of Fimat Futures USA Inc. a subsidiary
of Societe Generale of France and a member of the board
of the Fimat Group. Philippe redeveloped the firm through
an approach combining innovative marketing and leading
edge technology products, establishing Fimat as a major,
profitable player in the US market.
From 1987-1993, prior to joining Societe Generale Philippe
was deputy CFO of Credit Commercial de France in charge
of the development of the dealing rooms of the group
outside Paris, the marketing of short term FX and interest
rate products worldwide.
Philippe has a MBA from NYU, in New York with a specialization
in Finance and International business, a Master from
Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris and has worked
in France, Brazil, Switzerland and the USA.
Philippe is a member of the Board of the Futures Industry
Association and Philippe also teaches finance in his
Alma Mater, Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris. |

Michael Chin, is President
of TradingScreen Inc. and has served as Global Head
of Sales for the past seven years. Prior to TradingScreen,
Michael spent 13 years at JP Morgan in various trading
and management roles in foreign exchange derivatives,
commodity derivatives, and fixed income. From 1987 to
1993, Michael traded foreign exchange derivatives for
JP Morgan, Inc. in New York and Tokyo, eventually becoming
the Head of FX Options Trading and Marketing in the
US. In 1994, Michael became the FX derivatives business
manager for the Asia/Pacific region, relocating to Singapore
and Hong Kong for two years. In 1995 Michael became
the Global Business Manager for JP Morgan’s Commodity
Derivatives trading business.
Just before joining TradingScreen, Michael served
as the head of JP Morgan Investment Fixed-Income Trading
Group. One of Michael’s key responsibilities during
this period was to chair the e-Trading Steering Committee
for JP Morgan Investment Management.

Joseph Ahearn, is a
Co-Founder, Chief Technology Officer and a Director
of TradingScreen Inc. From 1995 to March 2000, as a
Director at Credit Suisse First Boston responsible for
Front Office E-Commerce Trading Application Development
Joe was leading the development of internet based applications.
At CSFB, he designed, developed and managed electronic
trading systems for all major financial markets and
functioned as chief technology officer of CSFB’s
PrimeWorld family of e-commerce financial products.
In this capacity, Joe was responsible for product development,
architecture design, technical infrastructure and project
management, and was instrumental in the building and
implementation of exchange links with European electronic
exchanges.
From 1987 to 1995, Joe managed CSFB’s Equity
Technology group in Tokyo, which built program-trading
applications and electronic exchange connections to
all major markets in Japan, and established the first
Straight Through Processing engine, from trader to clearing
agent, in the Japanese market. Prior to his assignment
in Japan (from 1984 to 1987), Joe developed personal
computer-based financial analysis tools for CSFB.
Prior to joining CSFB (from 1982 to 1984), Joe was
employed by PaineWebber as an internal systems specialist.
